What is the cost of a Le Closet subscription?

Absolutely. After trying your first Closet, you can take a break for 15 days, 1, 2, or 3 months. We will save your profile, benefits, and wishlist.
If you want to cancel your subscription, return your Closet and go to the "Manage my subscription" section from your profile.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Of course. When your Closet is with you, you can buy the items you want at a discounted price from "My Closets". If you keep an item without buying it, you will automatically be charged for it, and it will be yours!

I fell in love with an item. Can I buy it or keep it?

Absolutely! Indulge yourself and add bonus items to your Closet for €15 per item. They will only be charged once your Closet is validated.

Can I rent more than 6 items per Closet?

Yes! If you want to enjoy a new Closet before your next billing date, you can opt for the "Early Unlock" option. Once you return your unpurchased items, pay your monthly fee in advance and immediately unlock your next Closet!

Can I unlock my Closet before my next billing date?

Delivery and preparation of your Closet can take 2 to 3 business days. You’ll be notified of the shipment via email, and you can track your package anytime in "My Closets". If you still haven’t heard from us after 48 hours, reach out to us.

When will my Closet be delivered?

To make the most of your subscription, return your Closet before your billing date. If you want a new Closet immediately, advance your deadline to unlock it early. Otherwise, your Closet will remain locked until your billing date.

If you return your items after the billing date, no late fees will apply; your next Closet will simply stay locked until you return the previous one.

When to return my Closet?

Your return slip and the seal are tucked away in the inner pocket of your Closet. If you've lost it or can't find it, fret not! You can reprint it right from your Closet by clicking on the hanger icon. Just hit "Return My Closet" to see the option for "Reprint My Return Slip."

If you intended to keep the item and buy it, you'll automatically be charged for it upon receiving your Closet, and it will be yours. If it's a mistake, contact us with a description of the item in question.

I forgot to return an item

Go to the "Manage my subscription" section from your profile and then click on "Edit my break" to choose a new duration: 15 days, 1, 2, or 3 months.

Extend my break

Once your Closet is validated, you have 15 minutes to edit your selection before it goes into preparation. If you want to change your Closet, go to "My Closets" and click on "Edit my selection".

Enter your referral code at the summary step during your sign-up. If you experience an issue, please contact customer service and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

I forgot to enter my referral code

If you have a crush on an item, you can buy it by clicking on "Buy items" from My Closets. Otherwise, you must return your entire Closet. If the item is still available, you can rent it again in your next Closet.
