The terms and conditions below form a legal agreement between you and LE CLOSET.
READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY SUBSCRIBING TO OUR PRODUCTS, YOU ACCEPT THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE OFFERED PRODUCTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY CHANGES WILL TAKE EFFECT AFTER THE DATE OF MODIFICATION.
This section covers the terms and conditions regarding the rental of items from LE CLOSET through lecloset.fr. Our products can be rented by minors, but subscription must occur with an adult's consent. If you are under 18, you can accept the terms and order products only with the consent of your parents or legal guardian. Each box contains 6 items and can remain in your possession as long as you continue to pay your monthly subscription.
The rental fees for the products will consist only of your monthly subscription (as specified on the website). By subscribing to the service, you authorize us to charge the amount of the subscription specified on the website on a monthly basis. Your credit card will be charged every 30 days from your subscription until you cancel your subscription by requesting through the help center. Cancellation requests by phone of your subscription stop the sending of Closets. The cancellation of your subscription is effective upon receipt of your last Closet at our premises. And any Closet received after your due date will incur billing for the following month.
Deliveries will be made by our providers at our scheduled times. We do not guarantee the absence of delays or loss of boxes due to the provider.
If any of the products is not the right size, you can return the products according to the return procedures (see the corresponding section). A new Closet/package will be sent to you immediately. No refunds will be issued.
Each item, in the case that it is reused and returned after use, will be treated by a professional dry cleaning service. We will thoroughly inspect each item with utmost care but cannot be held responsible for minor issues that may have escaped our notice.
We provide you with a prepaid shipping label for free returns. Instructions will be attached to each package.
After delivery, you are responsible for the items. In the case that an invalid address is provided, LE CLOSET is not responsible for lost products. Furthermore, providing an invalid address may result in delays and additional delivery costs.
You agree to handle the products with care and return them in the same condition as when you received them. You are fully responsible for the loss, destruction, or damage of the items regardless of the cause (except for normal wear and tear). If the product is returned to us in an unusable condition, you authorize us to charge for the replacement/repair of the item in question.
In the event of non-payment of the amounts due, you agree to pay our costs for proceeding to recover the amount owed (including attorney fees). We reserve the right to terminate your subscription whenever we wish if you violate any rule of this agreement or for any other reason.
We will use the data collected on our site to send you commercial emails. To stop receiving them, you can click on the link in the email when available.
The warranties in section 3 apply only to you, can only be accepted by you, and cannot be assigned or applied to a third party.
Under no circumstances will LE CLOSET be liable for any damage or loss of items. Limited damages: LE CLOSET ACCEPTS LIABILITY IF THE DAMAGE DOES NOT EXCEED THE COST OF A QUARTER OF THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION YOU PAY. YOU ASSUME SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST YOU AND FOR DAMAGES CAUSED DURING YOUR PERIOD OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS.
These terms constitute all conditions between you and LE CLOSET. Only LE CLOSET can modify these terms. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these conditions. These terms are all valid subject to compliance with French legislation. If any mention of these terms is inconsistent with French legislation, that mention does not apply, but the remaining conditions remain fully valid.
The conditions of this agreement contain all the terms and conditions regarding your rental of LE CLOSET products. You agree and acknowledge that you are renting clothing and accessories owned by LE CLOSET. Our clothing and accessories can be rented for use by minors, but the rental must occur with an adult's consent. You can only rent one Closet at a time. Each Closet contains a maximum selection of 6 items.
Renting six (6) items allows you to have normal usage of the rented clothing and accessories. You also acknowledge that the items are the exclusive property of LE CLOSET.
The rental fees are a monthly fee of sixty-nine euros and ninety-nine cents (69,99€). The rental price includes:
- the rental of six (6) items
- shipping costs (to and from)
- cleaning fees
LE CLOSET gives you the option to purchase the items at the price set by LE CLOSET.
You rent six (6) items for as long as you want as long as you continue to pay your monthly subscription. You have a prepaid return envelope allowing you to send back the rented clothes, jewelry, and accessories.
The items presented on the website www.lecloset.fr may not be available for rental at the time of sending the closet. LE CLOSET will do everything in its power to make the items you selected available, but cannot commit to having all items available if they are already rented or at the dry cleaner's. Below is a non-exhaustive list of items offered for rental on the website www.lecloset.fr inside your clothing boxes: - dress rentals - skirt and pant rentals - top rentals - coat, sweater, and vest rentals - jewelry rentals - fashion accessory rentals
In the event of damage (burn, tear, stain), you agree not to make repairs yourself or by a third party. Only LE CLOSET is authorized to handle damages incurred. Any damage must be reported by the customer. In the case of irreparable damage, loss or theft, LE CLOSET will charge, after notification of the damage to the customer, the member purchase price set by LE CLOSET and listed on the summary sheet.
