Pay for your first month of subscription. Don't forget to use your promo code or referral code if you have one 4. Fill your first Closet and enjoy your new wardrobe!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. After trying your first Closet, you can take a break for 15 days, 1, 2, or 3 months. We will save your profile, benefits, and wishlist. If you want to cancel your subscription, return your Closet and go to the "Manage my subscription" section from your profile.
Can I extend my pause?
Pausing is free and allows you to save your profile, benefits, and wishlist. You can choose a duration of 15 days, 1, 2, or 3 months and extend it at any time. To do this, go to the "Manage my subscription" section from your profile and click on "Modify my pause".
How to resume my subscription?
Missing Le Closet? Don't worry, you can resume your subscription in just a few clicks! Go to the "Manage my subscription" section from your profile and click on "Resume my subscription". Follow the steps and make sure your information is up to date to re-subscribe.
How to fill my first Closet?
Once subscribed, you have access to our catalogue of 10,000+ pieces. Fill your Closet by adding your 6 favorite items. If you want to rent more items, add bonus articles for €15 per article. Check and validate your Closet, we'll take it from there to prepare it. You'll receive your box within 2 to 3 business days, and we'll notify you as soon as it's shipped. Enjoy!

Le Closet, how does it work?
Le Closet is a clothing rental service by subscription. For €69.99 a month, you can rent 6 pieces of your choice from a wide selection of over 100 brands. Change your style every day if you wish, from evening dresses to work outfits, and for all seasons!
I fell in love with an item. Can I buy it or keep it?
Of course. When your Closet is with you, you can buy the items you want at a discounted price from "My Closets". If you keep an item without buying it, you will automatically be charged for it, and it will be yours!
What is my wishlist and how do I use it?
Your wishlist is the perfect place to save items that catch your eye. Adding an item to your wishlist does not reserve it, so it may be unavailable when filling your Closet. We recommend adding as many pieces as possible, then filtering on "Available now" to maximize your options.
How can I see available items?
By default, the "Available now" filter is enabled, showing you only the items currently available in the catalog. You can disable this option at any time to view all items.
How do the size filters work?
When setting up your profile, input the sizes you usually wear. This way, we prioritize showing you available items in your size. Unsure between two sizes? No worries, you can select multiple sizes, and these filters can be adjusted anytime through your profile.
Can I rent more than 6 items per Closet?
Absolutely! Indulge yourself and add bonus items to your Closet for €15 per item. They will only be charged once your Closet is validated.

When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your credit card will be charged €69.99 each month on your registration day. If you subscribed on the 15th, your card will be automatically charged on the 15th of each month.
Can I change my billing date?
It is possible to change your billing date on an exceptional basis. Contact our customer service to make the request.
Are there any additional or hidden fees?
Everything is included; there are no additional fees for delays, repairs, or deliveries.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all credit cards. You can also pay for your subscription with GooglePay, ApplePay, or PayPal.
How do I change my payment method?
You can only register one credit card at a time on your account. If you wish to update your details, go to your profile and click on "Change my payment method."
How to view my payment history?
To review your purchase history and past deadlines, visit the "Payment History" section in your profile. If you need an invoice, contact our customer service.
How to take a break?

How to cancel my subscription?
If you're not sure about canceling your subscription completely, opt for a pause instead: it's easy and free, allowing you to save your profile, perks, and wishlist.
How to use gift vouchers?
You can use your gift vouchers to purchase items from your Closet or from the Braderie. Check your gift voucher balance in the "My Rewards" section of your profile.
Can I unlock my Closet before my next billing date?
Yes! If you want to enjoy a new Closet before your next billing date, you can opt for the "Early Unlock" option. Once you return your unpurchased items, pay your monthly fee in advance and immediately unlock your next Closet!
How much does the "Early Unlock" option cost?
It is the amount of your subscription. By unlocking early, you simply bring forward the date you pay your monthly subscription.
Shipping & returns
In which countries do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden. If you want to use Le Closet and we’re not yet in your country, feel free to reach out as we’d love to hear from you via Customer Service!
How to update my delivery address?
You can add multiple addresses and manage them in the "My Addresses" section of your profile. Then, select the address where you want to receive your delivery.
How to track the delivery or return of my Closet?
At any time, you can track your parcel's delivery from your Closet. We will notify you by email as soon as your Closet is shipped or your return is scanned by the carrier.
I can't find my return label
If you accidentally lost the original label, you can reprint it from your Closet by clicking on the hanger icon. Click on "Return my Closet" to see the option "Reprint my return label."
I forgot to return an item from my Closet, what should I do?
Contact our customer service quickly. We will also send you a notification once we process your return to inform you that an item is missing. If no response from you, you will be automatically charged for the item, and it will be yours.
I think I sent back an item that is not a Le Closet item. What should I do?
If you realize you accidentally returned a personal item, contact us immediately describing the concerned item. We will attempt to locate this item and send it back to you.
When to return my Closet?
Return your Closet before your billing date to make the most of your subscription.
How to return my Closet?
Simply place the items in the reusable bag; you'll find the seal and return label in the inner pocket. Seal your bag, attach the label, and drop it off according to the desired return method. Lost the return label? You can easily reprint it from your Closet. If you wish to keep items, purchase them from your Closet. This will let us know these items won't be returned.

How do you clean the clothes?
Our cleaning center uses cutting-edge technologies to take care of everything. Our specialists excel at cleaning and sanitizing textiles while preserving their quality for the next user to enjoy as if they were new.
Should I wash the items before returning them?
Say goodbye to the hassle of laundry and dry cleaning puzzles. A wine stain? A wild night? No worries, our cleaning center handles it! If you wish, you can wash an item at home by following the manufacturer's instructions on the label.
Can I hem, lengthen, or adjust a Le Closet item?
Our items have multiple lives, so it is not possible to alter them yourself.
What happens if I damage an item? Will I pay repair fees?
No worries if you lose a button or a slight stain appears; we will not charge you any additional fees. Simply return the damaged item with the rest of your return, and our cleaning center will handle minor repairs.

What is the Braderie?
The Braderie is a space where you can purchase items directly at exclusive Le Closet prices without renting them.
Can I return an item purchased from the Braderie?
You have a 14-day period to return an item if it does not fit. Make a request to our customer service, and we will send you a return label and reimburse you with gift vouchers.
How much does delivery cost on the Braderie?
Delivery is free for all orders over €19. For orders below this amount, delivery is €3.90. Take advantage of it to stock up without worrying about shipping fees!
Gift cards
How to give a Le Closet gift card?
You want to introduce a friend to Le Closet? 1. Choose the amount to offer 2. Share the gift card with your friend 3. The gift card amount will automatically be used for the first months of subscription until the card balance expires, then the subscription expenses will be charged to the subscriber's credit card
I received a Le Closet gift card, how to use it?
Gift cards can only be used for a subscription payment. Activate your gift card, then subscribe by entering the requested information. Your credit card will be charged once your gift card balance is expired.
Referral
I want to refer a friend, how do I do it?
For every friend who subscribes using your referral code, you earn €10 in subscription credits. To refer a friend, share your referral code from your profile.
I just referred a friend, what happens next?
You will receive €10 for each friend who signs up using your referral code. Check your subscription credit balance in the "My Rewards" section of your profile.
I want to subscribe with a referral code, how do I do it?
Click on "Get Started" from the homepage, then follow the steps. Enter your payment information and referral code to create your account and enjoy your benefit.
