Return my Closet with the Colissimo mailbox collection

The mailman picks up your Closet right from your mailbox. What are the steps to follow? 1. Place the items you want to return in the reusable bag and attach the Colissimo slip. 2. In “My Closets,” click on “Request a return,” then “Request mailbox collection.” 3. Drop the package in your mailbox the night before. 4. The next morning, the mailman opens it with his special key and retrieves your Closet. Conditions: - Service available in France only - Standard mailbox (minimum 26 x 26 x 34 cm) that is accessible to the mailman - Return possible only with a Colissimo slip
